QPR legend Rodney Marsh admits he is worried about the club following their 4-0 defeat at Manchester United on Sunday.
Harry Redknapp's were blasted away by Louis van Gaal's new-look Red Devils side at Old Trafford and former star goalscorer Marsh feels the west Londoners could be in a very precarious position if they don't improve the way they play.
The R's returned to the Premier League this season after beating Derby County in the promotion play-off last season but Marsh fears they could be back in the Championship swiftly if they cannot play to an acceptable top flight standard.
"I really fear that if they carry on playing that way then QPR could become a yo-yo team," he told talkSPORT's Extra Time.
"At the start of the season I thought they had enough to stay up but in those two games against Spurs and Man United they looked dreadful.
"They look like a team that is short all over the pitch."
Marsh added: "He clearly is a man that knows the game, he knows his football, and I think he is a terrific manager. But the big question is, can he get the best out of this group of players?
"It seems to me that the answer, in the short term at least, is 'no'. I'm looking at some of the QPR players and they look like a bunch of rag tag players that have been thrown together in a team. They don't look like they know what they are doing, to be honest."
