Club Brugge midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe back on Everton agenda

Club Brugge midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe is back on the agenda of Everton boss David Moyes.

The Daily Mail says Everton manager David Moyes is stepping up his pursuit of Belgium midfielder Odjidja-Ofoe after ordering a form report of him in European action on Thursday night.

Eager to bolster Everton's impressive push for a top-four finish in the Barclays Premier League, Moyes has earmarked Odjidja-Ofoe 's energy as the ideal addition to his midfield and is ready to try and sign him at the second attempt when the January transfer window opens.

A deadline-day bid in August was thwarted by red tape, but Moyes is back on the trail of the 23-year-old after dispatching one of his top scouts to watch him in Bruges' Europa League tie with Bordeaux.

Everton believed they had signed him on loan in August, until FIFA ruled the paperwork had been submitted too late and prevented the move going through.
