Southampton midfielder Jordy Clasie is open to returning to St Mary's.

The Dutch midfielder has spent this year on loan at Club Brugge.

But they are unlikely to be able to afford to sign him permanently and he says his future is very much open.

"In principle I return to Southampton. My contract runs for another two years," he said.

"I will talk to my wife and my agent about what we are going to do next season. It is still open for me now."
