Club Brugge chief: Everton must start from scratch if they want Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe

Club Brugge general manager Vincent Mannaert says there's no pre-agreement with Everton over a January deal for Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe.

FIFA blocked the youngster's move to Everton this week and Mannaert says if any deal is to be revived, it will have to be "from scratch".

"We will not be dealing with Everton," said Mannaert.

"There's nothing on paper. If they want him in January, then everything will be repeated. We start again from scratch. But if you want to get a player, it seems to me, of course, natural that the talks will continue in the coming months."
