Club America's Juarez not disappointed with Celtic stint

Efrain Juarez insists he does not regret his spell at Celtic despite it being somewhat of a failure.

The 24-year old Mexican defender has returned to his homeland to join Club America after joining the Hoops in July 2010 but he managed just 13 Premier League appearances suggesting his spell was a disappointment.

But Juarez, who spent the first half of last season on loan with Spanish club Real Zaragoza, has revealed he leaves Parkhead without shame.

"In the end I don't consider it a disappointment," he said.

"The coach, Neil Lennon, is always seeking changes and I was among them.

"He changes the players and for the beginning of the second part of the season the team started to work, so that wasn't good for me."
