Clough urges Derby players to go on another unbeaten run

Boss Nigel Clough has challenged Derby to mount another unbeaten run. The Rams had gone six matches without defeat before losing 2-0 at Millwall on Saturday. The sequence of results brought 14 points from a possible 18 and was the best streak in Clough's 21 months in charge.

"Everyone loses games and as hard as it is in the aftermath of defeat, you have to get on with it, take it on the chin and go and win the next game. Losing to Millwall won't knock belief." said Clough.

"Let's start another unbeaten run on Saturday. It is a little setback and we would love to have stayed unbeaten but it didn't quite happen for us against Millwall, so we put it behind us and start again.

"It is vital we get back on it now. With two home games coming up in the next two weeks we want to get more positive results and move back up the table."
