Goncalo Guedes was left out of Benfica's squad yesterday.
The Sun says he was left out of the Benfica side, fuelling speculation he is on the brink of a £26million move to Manchester United, according to reports in the Portuguese press.
The 20-year-old Portuguese winger starts today's Primeira Liga clash with Tondela on the bench.
And Record insist the move is proof he is leaving the Estadio da Luz with United the expected destination — while Paris Saint-Germain are also interested.
Following Benfica's 4-0 win over Tondela, their coach Rui Vitoria defending his decision to drop the winger and insists a move to Manchester United is not imminent.
He said: “The coach is here to make decisions, I understood that it was not the game for Gonçalo Guedes to play, I have to take options, there are more players in Benfica and I chose.
“I have no indication that he will leave."
