Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley was pleased for Wayne Rooney after last night's 0-0 draw with Chelsea.
Rooney impressed against the club which will make a new bid for him today.
"Yeah he was brilliant," Cleverley. "He was definitely one of our good players tonight. He gave us energy, tenacity and a bit of quality as well. I am happy for Wazza."
