Sporting Gijon coach Javier Clemente doesn't want to hear any hard luck stories from his players.
Clemente was brought in after Inaki Tejada's brief stint in charge came to an end following a 4-0 defeat at Valencia.
He said: "The team has players with speed, skill and football quality. What is lacking is the final ball, but that is something we need to work on.
"There is nothing worse than a player that makes excuses. I don't have fear of anyone. Clearly they are a very good team, but I like to beat the good sides. Both of us want to win, one is high in the table, one is low, but we don't have much margin for error so we have to go for the victories."
