Swansea City are on the brink of signing Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham.
The London Evening Standard says Abraham's season-long loan move to Swansea is set to be rubber-stamped.
Abraham, who scored 26 goals for Bristol City last term, favours a switch to Swansea where former Chelsea youth coach Paul Clement is now manager.
It is understood a deal is close to being agreed and paperwork is due to be completed on Wednesday.
Newcastle and Brighton were in the mix to land the striker, but appear to have missed out.
