Paul Clement is tipped to take over as boss of Chelsea's Academy.
The Daily Mail says Frank Arnesen, employed on a rolling contract at Chelsea, is expected to leave at the end of the season and that is likely to present an opportunity for respected youth coach Clement to oversee the academy.
The departure of reserve team coach Brendan Rodgers to Watford has created an opening and Clement, who did his chances no harm when his youth team won 3-2 at Old Trafford last week, is firmly in the frame.
