Referee Mark Clattenburg will remain in the Premier League for the remainder go the 2016/17 season.
The 41-year-old announced last week that he is set to leave England to become head of referees in Saudi Arabia.
But it is understood that Clattenburg will see out his obligations in the UK and will continue to officiate matches until the current campaign is finished.
Clattenburg will oversee this weekend's West Bromwich Albion and AFC bournemouth meeting at The Hawthorns.
