Southampton midfielder Jordy Clasie admits he's hit the gym since his arrival from Feyenoord.
After taunts he was too lightweight for the Premier League he bulked up in the gym by putting on a couple of kilograms.
He said: "I'm feeling good but now I'm at 85-90 per cent.
"I know I can be better and I work hard for it on the training pitch and also in the gym when I have time to spend on it.
"When I was injured I trained in the gym with the youth team. I was really surprised by how toned their bodies are. Those young guys, sometimes 13 or 14 years old, are already strong and fit as a fiddle.
"I know I have to work harder than ever."
