Clarke revives West Brom bid for Birmingham keeper Foster

New West Bromwich Albion coach Steve Clarke has revived their bid to sign permanently Birmingham City goalkeeper Ben Foster.

The Daily Mail says The Baggies want to wrap up a £3million move for the 29-year-old, who enjoyed a successful loan spell at the Hawthorns last season.

Foster is also wanted by QPR and Tottenham but is keen to stay in the Midlands. Birmingham may try to get the West Brom keeper Boaz Myhill, who played for them on loan last season, as part of any deal.
