West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke knows the pressure will be on if they start the season slowly.

The Baggies job is the first for Clarke as a No1.

"Football has changed. The whole structure of football has changed," he said.

"Success has to be instant and has to be on a level expected at whatever club you are at - look at the Harry Redknapp situation at Tottenham."
