West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke knows he's taken the job with the club on the up.
Clarke has replaced Roy Hodgson and is under no illusions over the expectations.
"I don't have any illusions about the job, I understand the job, I understand the players that we've got here at the Albion. I think we've got a really good squad and that they have proven over the last couple of years that they deserve to be in the Premier League. We have to work on that and try to improve our standing in the league and attack the cup competitions with relish," he said.
