Liverpool No2 Steve Clarke is happy with the way the players are responding to his methods.
Clarke has played an integral role in helping bolster Liverpool's defensive parsimony in recent weeks.
And despite the setback at West Ham United, he insists his training methods will remain the same this week.
"I won't be doing anything that's different to what we've been doing before," he told liverpoolfc.tv. "We don't work with people individually, we work with the team because if you're going to defend well, you have to defend well as a whole team - it's no good picking out one or two players.
"So we'll get the team right. Sometimes when you've lost a few goals, you have to be careful not to overanalyse the situation. Previous to the weekend when we lost three goals, we'd had a great run at defending, looking solid and compact as a team, and that's what we have to get back.
"We'll be working more on a team emphasis rather than just picking on the defenders - everybody has to defend."
