Chelsea assistant boss Steve Clarke says midfielder Frank Lampard will play in tomorrow's Community Shield against Manchester United.

Lampard had a second scan on a fractured toe yesterday. "But he'll be fine for Sunday," said Clarke. "He's not missed a training session or a match, despite having a small problem with his toe. It's just a bit uncomfortable.
