Either Kaunas or Santa Coloma of Andorra will meet Rangers in the Champions League second qualifying round in July and August.
Rangers reached the final of the Uefa Cup last season, losing the showpiece to Zenit St Petersburg of Russia. They are in the batch of third seeds for the Champions League this season.
Kaunas are sponsored by Ukio Bankas, the bank owned by Hearts majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov.
Andrius Velicka, who will join Rangers from Norwegian side Viking later this month, moved from Kaunas to Hearts in 2006.
The Glasgow club are at home in the first leg of their second qualifying round tie, which will be played either on 29th or 30th July, with the return scheduled for 5th/6th August.
