Papiss Cisse insists the players are behind Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew.
Cisse came off the bench to score twice in their 2-2 draw with Hull City.
He feels that the team are still playing for the manager - and when asked if they were behind Pardew he said: "Yeah, I know it's very, very hard for him. It's been hard for him this week.
"In the video room together, he said that we had to be disciplined and work hard together as a team. We had to forget everything else and concentrate on the pitch and play football."
