Chris Basham is delighted to have played his way into the plans of Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson.

The former Newcastle United trainee was praised by Megson for his recent performance against Everton and said: "It's always good to hear that and hopefully I am in his plans.

"I've enjoyed being in the side and I just want to establish myself in the team and play as much as I can."
