Inter Milan defender Cristian Chivu admits he's settling in at the San Siro.

"Leaving Roma wasn't easy, but I had to think about my career and my life," Chivu explained.

"I'm still settling in at Inter. I think it will be easy because they are another Italian club who I have played against for years.

"I know the language, the way of life and the players. But representing the Nerazzurri is a new challenge as your objectives are always to win the Scudetto and the Champions League.

"Inter have such tradition and trophies in the cabinet and I need to improve here as a player."
