Chivas USA are likely to experience a cleanout during the MLS off-season.
The largely Mexican club who is owned and supported by Mexicans failed in their bid to go through to the Western Conference finals when they were defeated in the second leg of the semi-final by rivals LA Galaxy.
After the first leg ended 2-2, Chivas went down to a Landon Donovan penalty, and it now seems as though there will be a shake-up particularly as the coach, Preki Radosavljevic, prefers to play non-Mexican players.
Leading scorer Eduardo Lillingston was left on the bench until the final 15 minutes of the 180 they played against the Galaxy in the play-offs and his future at the club is uncertain as it is for Claudio Suárez, Mariano Trujillo and Jesús Padilla, who are all Mexican.
