A decision on the future of USA international midfielder Benny Feilhaber will soon be made by MLS club Chivas USA.
The former Derby County and recently-departed AGF Aarhus man has signed a contract with the North American league but his destination is still unclear.
Chivas have the rights to the first allocation ranking which is used when a US national team player returns to MLS but they have not yet decided if Feilhaber is for them.
If the Goats pass, Philadelphia Union are next in line with New England Revolution, Houston Dynamo, Toronto FC and Chicago Fire following.
