Chivas USA's Bornstein admits to mixed feelings after final MLS match

Departing Chivas USA left-back Jonathan Bornstein admitted to having mixed feelings after playing his final MLS match on Saturday.

The 25-year old is making the move to Mexico next season to join Tigres UANL and after his final match for Chivas (4-1 loss to Chicago Fire), said he was unsure of how he should be feeling.

"It's a bunch of mixed feelings," Bornstein said. "I'm disappointed with the loss and the way it all ended. But I'm also happy that all my friends and family were out there. It was crazy how many people have been supporting this team and me personally throughout the years.

"I'm very thankful for that. I'm excited for what's ahead, but I'll enjoy the moment here for right now and go from there."

But Bornstein did admit that he was looking forward to the opportunity in Mexico.

"I want to take a little bit of time to just get away from everything," he added. "I have to figure out a lot of stuff in terms of what's going to be coming with me to Mexico. That's going to be the immediate future.

"From there, I'll be going down to Mexico and learning the language and the stadium and the lifestyle and finding a place to live; just the little things."
