Chivas USA have denied claims that they have completed the signing of Luke Moore.
It was reported last week that the Goats had signed the 28-year old striker following his short spell in Turkey with Elazigspor but a spokesman for the club told MLSsoccer.com that rumours of his signing were 'unfounded'.
The former Aston Villa man has been linked with Chivas for the past few weeks but has not yet signed a contract with the Californian club who were taken over by Major League Soccer last week.
After kicking off his career at Villa Park in 2003, Moore moved to West Midlands rivals West Bromwich Albion in 2008 following a loan spell with Wycombe Wanderers and a temporary stay with the Baggies.
A loan at Derby County was next for the Birmingham-born attacker before a permanent shift to Swansea City in 2011 preceded his move to Elazigspor last year.
