MLS club Chivas USA are believed to be on the verge of securing a deal for English striker Luke Moore.
The 27-year old former Aston Villa and Swansea City man could soon join the Goats as a free agent according to reports.
Moore's agent, Peter Morrison, told Sky Sports that his client, who recently had a spell in Turkey with Elazigspor, will be moving to the USA.
"Luke has never hidden his desire to play abroad, which was the main reason behind his move to Turkey," said Morrison.
"It has seemed he would be playing back in the UK again, and a number of clubs were keen - but then this chance came in for him to move to America and was just too good for him to turn down."
Moore kicked off his career with Villa in 2003 before moving to West Midlands derby rivals West Bromwich Albion in 2008 after an initial loan at The Hawthorns.
A loan move to Derby County ensued before he headed to Wales to join Swansea in January 2011 prior to his August 2013 shift to Turkey.
