Chivas USA boss Vasquez eyeing improved performance against Seattle

Chivas USA coach Martin Vasquez wants his team to regain their focus and regroup ahead of Saturday's home clash with Seattle Sounders.

The Goats dropped their last match 2-1 to Toronto FC after a solid 3-1 win over Columbus Crew and Vasquez wants his players to become more consistent and stop mixing their form so dramatically.

"We want to regroup," he said. "I felt that we took some of the consistent things we were doing for granted in the first 15 or 20 minutes against Toronto.

"We have to make sure that we focus on those little things, especially our concentration and being hard to play against in defense. I felt that we did enough to come back and get a tie, but we came up short.

"We did not make a big trouble about the [Toronto] loss. We just have to rebound and keep doing the same thing."
