O'Higgins prospect Cristian Cuevas has confirmed he's moving to Chelsea.

The 17 year-old Chilean midfielder will join Chelsea after the U20 World Cup in July.

"Everything went very quickly and was resolved within a week. Chelsea has been with me for over a year and we finally reached an agreement," he said. "I'm taking English classes to learn the language as quickly as possible.

"For me it will be a big change."
