Chievo Verona goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino still has hopes of breaking into the Italy squad.

Sorrentino admits he still dreams of winning international honours with Italy.

"I'm happy with the way that I am performing in Serie A this season," he told Radio Sportiva.

"I want to keep experiencing satisfying moments right up until the end of the campaign.

"I still hope in getting a call-up to the Italian international squad, although I have to admit that I've not been contacted by anybody.

"I'm calm though and focused on always giving my best."
