Chievo insist no AC Milan contact for Yepes

Chievo Verona have cooled reports linking defender Mario Yepes with AC Milan.

Yepes is off contract in June and has been linked with the Rossoneri.

Chievo chief Gigi Sartori said: "I never had any request from Milan about Yepes. With Mario we have spoken, telling him that we would be happy if he stayed. But only at the end of the season will we sit at one table."
