Fiorentina and Napoli are among clubs monitoring his progress.

"I can confirm that there are numerous sides who are interested," Graziano Battistini told TMW.

"Those sides are in Italy and abroad, especially in Spain where their market is very active at this moment in time.

"However, the ball is in Chievo's court and they will decide the player's future."
