Chievo Verona defender Francesco Acerbi is excited by interest from AC Milan.

Acerbi, part-owned with Genoa, is of interest to the Rossoneri after his impressive campaign at the Stadio Bentegodi.

"I'm honoured that Milan are interested and it would be a dream," the stopper told TMW on Wednesday.

"But the objective for the season is to end it well and score as many points as possible now that we are sure of survival.

"On a personal level, it has been a hard season for me - both good and bad. I think I need a good holiday.

"My agent, who I totally trust, will think about everything else for me."
