Chievo Verona are on the brink of signing Once Caldas striker Fernando Uribe.

The Colombia international has scored 12 goals this season and is also being tracked by Palermo.

However, only minor details need to be ironed out before Chievo land Uribe - possibly this week.

The 22 year-old can play as a striker and also as an attacking midfielder.
