Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini is determined to continue the party for the Azzurri supporters.

The Italians progressed to the Euro2012 final last night courtesy of a 2-1 win over Germany and they will next meet Spain in the decider in Kiev on Sunday.

Juventus stopped Chiellini is confident that Cesare Prandelli's men can keep their good form going and clinch the European title for the nation.

"We are there; so close to the cup," Chiellini told Rai Sport.

"We want to win to keep this dream going for our fans. We want to give them something big.

"Tradition and statistics count for little now," he added. "But we believe we can win the European Championship and we want it, while appreciating that Spain are a great team."
