Chicago Fire signs both Watson-Siriboe and Kinney

Rookie defenders Kwame Watson-Siriboe and Steve Kinney have signed contracts with Chicago Fire.

The duo were selected in the 2010 SuperDraft at picks 26 (Watson-Siriboe) and 45 (Kinney) and Fire technical director Frank Klopas was delighted to welcome them into the senior playing squad.

“We are pleased to add Kwame and Steven to the Fire family to help us bring a MLS Cup back to Chicago," Klopas said in a press release.

Another rookie, Drew Yates who was taken at pick 29, was released from the team.
