Chicago Fire goalkeeper Sean Johnson has returned to England this winter to train with Premier League clubs.
The promising 23-year old spent time with Everton in December 2011 and will return to Merseyside on December 10 for a two-week training spell.
Prior to that, Johnson will be with Stoke City, where he kicked off his five-day stint on Wednesday.
"Sean continues to improve and this season demonstrated why he is one of the top goalkeepers in the country," said Fire head coach Frank Klopas.
"These opportunities allow for our players to gain additional training and experience at a top level during the MLS offseason."
