Having lost the Eastern Conference league lead to weekend rivals DC United following a 2-1 loss, Chicago Fire will be looking to take off from their second half performance.
"We have a good mentality when we go on the road, we want to get points and I thought tonight we came out with the right attitude, trying to play the game," said head coach Denis Hamlett.
"Being down 1-0, we turned around and played some good soccer and created a good goal," Hamlett continued.
"And now you get 1-1, you feel that you have a little momentum and then again, you get another play which you can question. But a great free kick on their part, and you're down 2-1 and you're sitting there going, 'what have they done to be up 2-1?' But I think we regrouped well at halftime."
