Ben Marshall has left Stoke City to sign on-loan with League Two Cheltenham.

The 18-year-old, who moved to the Britannia Stadium from Crewe in the summer, scored two goals in 11 games during a loan spell at Northampton earlier this season.

"If you bring loan players in, sometimes you get three or four wins back-to-back, which just helps everybody along," said Cheltenham caretaker boss John Schofield.
