Chelsea's crocked captain John Terry is still to hear from England coach Fabio Capello.

The Sun says Terry, Steve McClaren's England skipper, has been barred from the launch of the new Umbro national kit next week because Capello does not want any injured players on show.

Terry, out with a broken foot, is thought to still be awaiting his first official contact with the Italian.

Capello has a history of only dealing with fit players - as he showed by leaving David Beckham out of his squad to face Switzerland on Wednesday.
