Chelsea captain John Terry has talked up the qualities of club and England teammate Wayne Bridge.

Bridge looks certain to make a rare start for England tonight in their must-win European qualifier here in Estonia.

Terry said: "I'll be chuffed to bits if Wayne plays. He's had a brilliant season for Chelsea.

"It's unfortunate that, for England, he's had Ashley Cole in front of him but Wayne's a dream to play alongside and we're lucky that he and Ashley are two of the best left backs in the world.

"I've talked to Jose Mourinho about both players and he feels Wayne is slightly more defensive, although I know he can bomb forward when necessary.

"He's a great crosser of the ball and he's good in the air. He brings an awful lot to the Chelsea team and I am sure he will do the same to England.

"In fact, I would put Wayne among the top three performers consistently for Chelsea over the last few months, along with Didier Drogba and Michael Essien."
