Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko has held clear-the-air talks with AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti over his potential return to the San Siro.
Ancelotti has expressed his reservations about Sheva's expected return and Corriere dello Sport says the Ukraine international phoned the coach this week to assure him of his commitment.
The striker made it clear to Ancelotti that he would not arrive demanding an automatic first team place and also would be prepared to play second fiddle to teenager Alexandre Pato.
