Chelsea defender Adrian Pettigrew has turned down an offer from Belgium's Zulte Waregem.
Pettigrew had trials in Belgium at the end of last season, but after discussing terms with Zulte Waregem, decided against the move.
Zulte Waregem are announcing a partnership with Portsmouth.
