Chelsea winger Florent Malouda has backed pal William Gallas to bounce back from his Arsenal crisis.

But he warned his mate: You must stand up and face the consequences. Chelsea ace Malouda said: "I'm still supporting William.

"But he has to be responsible for what he said.

"Of course I hope he stays. For me you don't have to ask this question because he is still a good player, and you have to think what he brings to English football.

"It's not fair, I think, to forget everything just because he said one thing."
