The agent of Romelu Lukaku expects Chelsea to loan the young striker to a Premier League rival.

Everton and Fulham have already made enquiries about the Belgian striker's situation.

"There is still no decision on Romelu's future and I speak for myself, but my hunch is that he remains in England," said Christophe Henrotay. "At the earliest, in two months I expect a decision.

"Chelsea have said a loan to an English club is their preference."
