Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard is excited about the season ahead.

Jose Mourinho is returning to Chelsea and Lampard has a World Cup with England to go for.

"It is (exciting)," he said.

"Once you get past 30 you never know what's round the corner anyway.

"I appreciate playing for England more than I've ever done.

"My big aim now is to stay playing well and regularly, thankfully in the Premier League, and staying in the manager's plans."
