Frank Lampard says he is loving life as an England player - even comparing the experience to being a winner with Chelsea!

Lamps, 30, has won over England fans and said: "It's a great feeling to complete the first set of games with maximum points.

"It's like coming away with England knowing that you are top of the league with Chelsea.

"You can kind of put it to bed for a bit, forget about it and know you are in a good place. We can have the same thoughts now with England.

"We have a couple of friendlies now against great teams - Germany and Spain - where we can try to improve. But the pressure is off.

"We are top of the group with four wins but we know we can get even better.

"Every time we get together we are improving in training and working hard together as a group.

"It's great to see us moving forward.

"We are so confident now that we don't fear playing against any other country."
