"I have heard the rumours and sniping about me and JT," Lampard told the News of the World.
"How we have fallen out and don't speak any more. How Mourinho's departure has come between us. But it's just rubbish.
"It's people trying to manufacture a split where there isn't one. As far as me and JT - we have a great working relationship and a great friendship.
"There's been no fall-out and we both agree it's time for everyone to stand up and be counted, to stand together."
