Chelsea's Drogba denies falling out with Scolari

Chelsea striker Didier Drogba insists he had nothing against former manager Luiz Felipe Scolari earlier this season.

He said: "In football anything can happen and we all know that. At the moment this is where I want to be, I've said it before and I will always say that.

"Of course you never know in football. First of all I wasn't treated badly by Scolari and I want to make that clear. He had to make choices over players and he did it.

"You could not fight against it, you had to accept it but also try and change it and that is what I was trying to do. It wasn't easy but I tried my best.

"When Guus came he gave me my chance. It's not easy to come here with so many players and, OK, we all have egos and it's not easy to deal with it and he did it.

"I'm going to miss him a lot, we are going to miss him. He gave me my chance, what I had been waiting for and I was determined to take it."
