Chelsea's Drogba admits he faces month out

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho faces a major headache with Didier Drogba admitting a knee injury could leave him missing for a month.

He moaned: "It has been agony since as far back as Chelsea's last pre-season match.

"During that time I've played four Premier League matches - I just can't go on like that any more. I'm desperately hoping to be free from pain by the time we play Valencia on October 3.

"But, frankly, I'm truly p***** off at the idea of missing even one Champions League match.

"That's the competition I MUST win this season."
